Francis and Ruth Schnur of Butler recently celebrated 67 years of marriage with a family dinner.

The former Ruth Michel married Schnur on April 28, 1937, at St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church in Herman.

They have four children, Wayne Schnur, Dean Schnur, Gary Schnur and Judy Geibel, all of Butler.

They also have 15 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Schnur is retired from Steighner's Crane Service. He is a member of Herman Volunteer Fire Department and the Roman Catholic Men's Club.

Mrs. Schnur is a homemaker and a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Christian Mothers.

The couple attends St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church in Herman.
