Marcella L. "Marcy" Dixon, 79, of Butler died Wednesday at her home.

Born July 22, 1925, in Butler, she was the daughter of Ralph D. and Anna Jackman Kearns.

She was a manager for the Salvation Army

Surviving are her husband, Harry Dixon of Butler; two sons, Gary Nocera of Butler and Nick Semanco of Chicora; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a grandson, two brothers and a sister.
