CRANBERRY TWP — Interim District Judge Joseph O'Donnell Jr. recently heard these cases:

Josh Bonazza, 21, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged March 19 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property, disregard of traffic lane, failing to drive at safe speeds and criminal mischief.

Gabrielle Renee Young, 28, of Rochester, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged March 5 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft and corruption of minors.

Joseph Raymond Vivio, 24, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged March 13 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Damian Yandura, 17, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged March 20 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit robbery, robbery and simple assault.

Elizabeth Zorich, 41, of CranberryTownship waived her two separate cases to court.

She was charged Jan. 10 by the Cranberry Township police with manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

She also was charged March 19 by the Cranberry Township police with writing bad checks.

Terry Scott, 17, of CranberryTownship waived his case to court. He was charged March 25 by the CranberryTownship police with conspiracy to commit robbery, robbery and aggravated assault.

Julie May Zelina, 30, of Fairview, Pa., waived her case to court. She was charged March 19 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, depositing waste on the highway, disregard of traffic lane and driving with no rear lights.

Brandon Fehl, 19, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged March 20 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit robbery, robbery and aggravated assault.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Dwight Martin Bobro, 40, of Fombell, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 20 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to notify police immediately of an accident involving damage, careless driving, public drunkenness and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.Alan Paul Romatowski, 56, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged March 25 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to keep right, careless driving and disregard of traffic lane.Paul E. Bertiaux III, 28, of Sewickley, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 14 by the Jackson Township police with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and driving while license is suspended or revoked.Elizabeth Anne Cosme, 29, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 29 by the state police with simple assault and harassment.Jennifer Jo Cole, 35, of Connoquenessing waived her case to court. She was charged March 3 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.Benjamin Duane Linkel, 18, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged March 10 by the Evans City police with possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of failing to obey turning movements and required signals.John E. Sherman, 44, of Butler had his case held to court. He was charged Dec. 21 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Katherine Yova, 26, of New Wilmington, Lawrence County, had her case held to court. She was charged March 13 by the Adams Township police with two counts each of theft by deception and writing bad checks.April Opperman, 36, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged March 15 by the Zelienople police with receiving stolen property.Jason E. Getty, 18, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged April 8 by the Zelienople police with burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, and 72 counts each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

PINE TWP — This case was recently heard by District Judge Lawrence Silvis:Charges against John Patrick McCann, 26, of Greenville, Mercer County, were held for court. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence March 26 by Grove City Police.

SLIPPERY ROCK — These cases were recently heard by District Judge Clifford Woessner:Adam Matthew Brill, 22, of Sherman's Dale, Perry County, waived to court two counts of driving under the influence filed April 1 by Slippery Rock police.Corrie Christine Haight, 19, of Johnsonburg, Elk County, waived to court two counts of driving under the influence and a charge of underage drinking filed April 1 by Slippery Rock police.Charges against Richard Dean Rieger, 37, of Prospect were held for court. He was charged with simple assault and harassment March 16 by state police. Rieger is free on $2,000 bail.Virginia Rose McNulty, 43, of Mount Pleasant waived to court a charge of driving under the influence filed March 6 by Slippery Rock police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Augstin C. Alvarez, 26, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and disobeying traffic control devices, filed March 24 by Butler Township police.Dawn Dittmer, 35, of Volant, Lawrence County, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 13 by state police. Dittmer was ordered to pay $570 in fines and court costs.Jeremiah J. Dunbar, 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed April 4 by Butler Township police. Dunbar was ordered to pay $546.50 in fines and court costs.Vincent J. Fedorski, 47, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed April 23 by Butler Township police.
