Wednesday — A wallet was stolen from an unlocked sport utility vehicle on East Christie Avenue. The wallet contained the owner's identification, credit cards and a bank card. The theft happened between 9 p.m. Tuesday and 9:49 p.m. Wednesday2:46 p.m. Wednesday — Cars driven by Zoann Weckerly, 78, and Dana Richardson, 65, both of Butler Township, collided at East Brady and Franklin streets.6:34 a.m. Sunday — Ryan C. Furl, 38, of Butler Township was arrested for drunken driving after his car crashed into the back of a house at 118 Fifth Ave. Police charged Furl with driving under the influence and careless driving.

Wednesday — Police charged Jonathan Smith, 36, and Renee Miller, 39, both of Butler in connection with a May shoplifting case at the Wal-Mart in Butler Commons. Police allege the suspects stole electronic items worth more than $700.Smith is charged with two counts of retail theft. He and Miller are charged with conspiracy to commit retail theft.Tuesday — A black and tan pit bull puppy was stolen from a home in the 400 block of Bessemer Avenue. The 9-week-old dog goes by the name of “Keisha.”

8:20 p.m. Sunday — Gregory Duncan, 40, of Templeton was arrested after he allegedly assaulted a 42-year-old woman at a Duncan Road home in Madison Township. Police said Duncan was arraigned on a charge of simple assault, and placed in the Armstrong County Jail on $7,500 bail.

11:30 a.m. Sunday — Alan R. Snyder, 40, of Evans City was hurt when the motorcycle he was driving collided with a sport utility vehicle on Halston Road near Beaver Dam Road in Clay Township. Snyder, who was wearing a helmet, suffered minor injuries.The SUV driver, a 16-year-old West Sunbury girl who police did not identify, was cited for making an improper left turn.12:20 a.m. Sunday — Ed W. Perry, 31, of East Butler was caught with suspected marijuana contraband while driving a golf cart on Second Street in East Butler. Police said Perry faces misdemeanor drug-related charges,3:07 a.m. May 29 — A car driven by Neil A. Brown, 21, of Harmony struck a guardrail on Interstate 79 in Jackson Township. Police said Brown was cited for driving at an unsafe speed.<B></B>
