Ethel Cook, 67, of Hilliards, passed away on Friday, Dec. 6, 2024.

She was born in Butler on Oct. 17, 1957, to the late Lewis and Shizuko (Terashi) Johnston.

Ethel was a 1976 graduate of Moniteau High School. She enjoyed farming and loved to do crafts in her free time. Ethel loved her animals and was the love of her husband’s life.

Ethel was the beloved wife of Donald Cook, whom she married on Oct. 21, 1978; mother of Jeremiah Cook; and sister of Ramond Johnston.
