Driver injured in wreck on Route 308
CENTER TWP — A man in his 20s was flown to a hospital Friday morning with injuries he suffered after his car went off of Route 308 and into a ditch with a small stream.
The car was traveling south when it traveled off the road while rounding a bend, state police said. The crash happened near Moore Road and was reported at 7:30 a.m.
The Unionville and West Sunbury volunteer fire departments and Butler Ambulance Service responded. The road was closed to traffic until around 9:30 a.m. while a tow truck with a crane lifted the car out of the ditch and onto a flatbed truck.
