The Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh, in cooperation with area interfaith leaders and organizations, will have a Prayer Gathering for Peace in solidarity with the Pittsburgh-area Ukrainian community. The prayer gathering will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Saint Paul Cathedral in Oakland.

So far, the following organizations have joined in sponsoring the event: Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the USA, Western Eparchy, St. Joseph Eparchy, Ukrainian Catholic Church, Christian Associates of Southwest Pennsylvania, Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh, Jewish Community Center – Center for Loving Kindness, Turkish Cultural Center Pittsburgh Program. Details will be released later this week.
