Virginia B. Denny

Virginia B. Denny

Mrs. Virginia B. Denny, 94, of Butler, went to be with the Lord and her loving husband, Chuck, and Baby Chuckie on Monday, June 7, 2021, at Concordia Lutheran Ministries in Cabot.

She was born July 23, 1926, in Butler, and was a daughter of the late Joseph Franek and Anna Marie Plaskon Franek.

Virginia was the last survivor of all of her brothers, John, Martin, Emil and Thomas; and her sisters, Matilda Maksanty and Anna Marie Franek.

Her loving nephew, Tom Maksanty, passed away in January. There is going to be a big reunion with plenty of food and wine in Heaven, as they wait to greet her.

She was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Barbara (Gene) Walls; and a son, John (Denise) Denny.

Also surviving are four grandchildren, David (Melissa) Walls, Krissy (Josh) Wissinger, Joshua (Jasmine) Denny and Rachel Denny; four great-granddaughters, Carissa, Shaylee and Trianna Walls, and Ruby Wissinger; angel baby Jillian; and a number of nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to thank all of the Concordia Oertel nursing staff and doctors who took such loving care of our mom, Honey Girl. We are truly grateful.
