Kelli Anderson
Kelli A. (Reeder) Anderson, 61, of Lewistown, Pa., passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, Oct. 22, 2022, after a hard-fought battle with pancreatic cancer.
Kelli was born on June 1, 1961, in Butler. She was the daughter of the late Carl F. Reeder Jr., and Beverly (Sutton) Reeder, who survives.
Kelli is survived by her husband of 36 years, Jeffrey Anderson, whom she married on Feb. 22, 1986; two sons, Zachary Anderson and his fiancée, Benet Muir, of Lewistown, and Zane Anderson of Lewistown; and her mother, Beverly.
She is also survived by her sister, Carla Boben and her husband, Eric, of West Sunbury; her mother-in-law, Emma “Toddy” Anderson of Boyers; a brother-in-law, Gregory Anderson of Boyers; a sister-in-law, Karen McDowell and her husband, Scott, of Slippery Rock; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her father-in-law, William L. Anderson.
Kelli’s greatest joy in life was her family. She was a tremendous wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. She loved to spend an evening with her family, trying a new restaurant or making a recipe she saw on the Food Network. She was an excellent baker and cook. Every birthday was met with a home-cooked meal and a handmade cake. Kelli loved to watch flowers bloom in the spring, her garden growing in the summer, and the leaves change color in the fall, but her favorite time of year was watching the snow fall in the winter. She could be found sitting by the fireplace, surrounded by her dogs, watching Christmas movies on the Hallmark channel on a Saturday morning.
