Doris J. Scott Lemons, 57, of Butler passed away Thursday morning in her residence from ALS, Lou Gehrig's Disease.

Born in Pittsburgh, May 9, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Eugene H. and Lois G. Coleman Scott.

She was a member of the English Lutheran Church, Zelienople.

Mrs. Lemons was self-employed as a house cleaner.

She was a member of the AARP and the Butler County Humane Society.

Surviving are her husband, Anthony D. Lemons, whom she married July 1, 1989; a son, Tracey G. Scott of Tampa, Fla.; three brothers, Douglas Scott of Pittsburgh, Donald Scott of Evans City and Danny Scott of Ellwood City; two sisters, Shirley (Richard) Heckard of Evans City and Linda Caldwell of Butler; and six grandchildren.

Scott Lemons, who died Thursday, Feb. 25, 2010, may attend a memorial service at 10:45 a.m. May 9 at the English Lutheran Church, Zelienople, with the Rev.
