Knoch High School students are bringing “Catch Me if You Can,” to life this month with a musical adaptation of the 2002 Steven Spielberg film.

Seeking fame and fortune, precocious teenager Frank Abagnale Jr., played by Harrisyn Schilpp, runs away from home to begin an unforgettable adventure. With nothing more than his boyish charm, a big imagination and millions of dollars in forged checks, Frank successfully poses as a pilot, a doctor and a lawyer — living the high life and winning the girl of his dreams. When Frank’s lies catch the attention of FBI agent, Carl Hanratty, played by Nick Collins, Carl pursues Frank across the country to make him pay for his crimes.

Performances are 7:30 p.m. Feb. 28 and March 1, and at 2 p.m. March 3. Tickets are $12 for reserved seating.

The school also will collect canned goods and nonperishable items for Cabot Food Bank before each show.

Tickets for “Catch Me if You Can” are on sale online at https://cur8.com/14209/project/128986.
