SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS — U.S. Air Force Airman Ethan Depew recently graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland. Depew graduated with honors and also attained Warhawk designation.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness and basic warfare principals and skills. Airmen who complete BMT also earn four credits toward an Associate in Applied Science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Depew is currently stationed at Sheppard Air Force Base, Wichita Falls, Texas, where he is training as an avionics and integrated flight control specialist.
Depew is the son of Aaron and Holly Depew of Butler. He is a 2019 graduate of Butler Senior High School.
