By combining experience, talents, and resources, concerned professional and business people have worked together through the Zelienople-Harmony Area Chamber of Commerce and Business Association for the betterment of the Zelienople-Harmony area.The Zelienople-Harmony Area Chamber, in conjunction with the Business Association, offers to its members breakfast programs with networking opportunities. Business After Hours, the Meet and Move networking luncheon with the Cranberry Area and Butler County Chambers, and Chamber AM "commercial breakfast" with the Cranberry Area Chamber provide other networking opportunities. The Chamber Holiday Social in December is always an enjoyable, annual event. Other events include the Annual Chamber Luncheon/Meeting, educational seminars, and this Business Expo.As a membership benefit of the Zelienople-Harmony Area Chamber of Commerce & Zelienople-Harmony Business Association, the networking group called ZHL (Zelienople Harmony Leads) continues to grow. ZHL provides a free forum for those attending to promote their business, share referrals, and build relationships as a powerful way to increase business and develop trusted resources. The mission is to promote relationships within the Chamber membership and throughout the local business community, to encourage, educate, and create opportunities to meet multiple, potential customers and clients.Other benefits of membership in the Zelienople-Harmony Area Chamber of Commerce and Business Association are: health insurance, dental and vision plans, promotional group advertising, and seasonal business promotions such as Horse Trading Days, Country Fall Festival, the Christmas Parade and Santa's House.As an advocate for business this Chamber continues to address the important problems of transportation and parking by participating as the Chairman of the Public Participation Panel for Butler County, and monitoring the progression of the plans for I-79 Missing Ramps at Seneca Valley through completion.This Chamber also participates in the education of our future business leaders by partnering with Junior Achievement to promote and financially support, through our annual golf outing, the JA programs at Seneca Valley School District. The Chamber also brings awareness to and supports the Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week program which educates students about the challenges facing American business, Pennsylvania business in particular, as well as teaches students about their roles as a consumer and a member of the workforce.We continue to grow in order to give all of our members greater opportunities.
