BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Anthony G. Allison, 38, of Freeport was held for court on charges of possessing a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle, a lighting violation and a seat belt violation, filed July 22 by state police.

Stacy L. Bastian, 42, of Renfrew waived to court charges of retail theft and possessing a controlled substance, filed Sept. 3 by township police. Bastian in a separate case filed July 28 by township police, waived a charge of retail theft.

Wayne D. Elliott, 56, was held for court on charges of driving under the influence and driving at an unsafe speed, filed July 25 by township police.

Dawn M. Holuba, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, a stop sign violation and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed July 25 by township police.

Samantha Jo Lipscomb, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of false swearing, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, unsworn falsification to authorities and underage possession of alcohol, filed July 24 by township police.

Andrew J. Ward, 38, of Butler was held for court on charges of indecent assault, disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness, filed July 30 by township police.

Downing, 41, of Oil City, Venango County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Aug. 1.Brandyn Lee Gutauskas, 21, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, theft and receiving stolen property, filed May 5.Derek N.
