2 women accused of revenge attack

1 arrested, other sought by police

Two women are accused of a suspected revenge attack against another woman in Butler.

Stevona S. Morgan, 20, and Cristin J. Coy, 21, both of Butler, on Sept. 11 jumped 24-year-old Jouline Walker on West North Street.

The suspects got out of a sport utility vehicle and beat Walker about her head, according to court documents. The defendants also stole Walker’s cell phone.

Walker was treated at Butler Memorial Hospital for minor injuries.

The suspected attack came a day after Morgan’s boyfriend, Dustin B.R. Davis, 20, of Butler, and Coy’s boyfriend, Davon D. Stevens, 21, of Butler allegedly held up Walker and her boyfriend.

Butler police said Davis and Stevens on Sept. 10 pulled a gun on Walker and 29-year-old Eric O’Donnell as the Butler couple walked in the 300 block of State Street.

While Stevens and O’Donnell fought, Davis threw Walker to the ground and took $100 from her purse, documents said.

Officers later arrested both men, who were placed in the Butler County Prison on charges of robbery, conspiracy and simple assault, in the alleged stickup.

Police believe Morgan and Coy were angry with Walker for their boyfriends being arrested and jailed.

Coy was arrested Friday on charges of robbery and simple assault. She is in the county prison on $15,000 bail.

Morgan is still at large. Police on Thursday got a warrant for her arrest also on robbery and simple assault charges.
