ZELIENOPLE — The Zelienople Public Library, at 227 High St., Zelienople, will host a seminar about the Health Insurance Marketplace at 5:30 p.m. Monday.

A Marketplace Navigator will be present to answer questions about the program. The marketplace program helps uninsured people find health coverage.

An open enrollment period will start on Nov. 15 and run through Feb. 15.
