District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Zachary Michael Oddis, 20, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Police on Sept. 22 charged him with retail theft, receiving stolen property and defiant trespass.

Julian Dominick Jordano, 21, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Aug. 13 charged him with corruption of minors.

Amy Lynn Lambert, 39, of Tarentum waived her case to court. Police on Aug. 1 charged her with retail theft.

Michael Andrew Fisher, 28, of Allison Park had his case held to court. Police on Aug. 22 charged him with retail theft and conspiracy.

Richard James Bisceglia, 31, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Aug. 4 charged him with retail theft, receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Larry Donell Perry, 42, of Dubach, La., waived his case to court. Police on April 21 charged him with indecent assault and harassment.

Justin T. Owens, 33, of Valencia waived his case to court. Police on Sept. 24 charged him with burglary.

Linda Delores Mitchell, 50, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. Police on May 21 charged her with retail theft.

Brett Alan Dugan, 29, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Police on Aug. 19 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and driving a vehicle without valid inspection.

Eric B. Demko, 19, of Mars waived his case to court. Police on Sept. 22 charged him with resisting arrest, recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct.

Adams Township police on June 17 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving and driving with a suspended license.Alexis Rae Hewko, 29, of Mars waived her case to court. Adams Township police on Sept. 8 charged her with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.Amy Lee Wolfe, 49, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. The state police on Sept. 5 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and operating a vehicle without valid inspection.Lonny Dale Ross, 54, of Evans City waived his case to court. Evans City police on Sept. 4 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.Rachel McAfee, 32, of Gibsonia waived her case to court. Adams Township police on July 16 charged her with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving an unregistered vehicle.Jacob John Kuczynski, 23, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. The state police on Sept. 4 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.Andrew Steven Luchovick, 23, of Gibsonia waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Aug. 21 charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of a controlled substance.Joyce Mary Dunlap, 44, of Mars waived her case to court. Mars police on Aug. 5 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.Jennifer Mae Goff, 34, of Aliquippa waived her case to court. Jackson Township police on July 22 charged her with theft by deception and writing bad checks.Andre Patrick Salameh, 45, of Butler waived his case to court.
