PITTSBURGH — A federal judge has been asked to approve settlements totaling $160,000 for lawsuits involving two veterans who died after contracting Legionnaire's disease at a Pittsburgh Veterans Affairs hospital.

According to court documents, the VA has agreed to pay Wanstreet's sister $115,000 and Evans' widow $45,000.
