Lois Marie Stewart Augustine
Lois Marie Stewart Augustine, 79, of Adamsville Road, Hartstown, passed away Thursday at Hershey Medical Center, Hershey.
She was born on Sept. 11, 1935, in Washington Township, Butler County, to the late Paul D. and Alice Gates Stewart.
She married Harry C. Augustine on Oct. 15, 1954, and he preceded her in death on May 4, 2002.
She was a self-employed bookkeeper for her husband’s Cabinet & Vanity business for 40 years.
She attended the Fallowfield United Methodist Church and was a member of the United Methodist Women. She loved spending time with her family, grandchildren and her faithful companion, her little dog, “Peanut.” She had a generous nature and a willingness to help others. She was also a member of the Atlantic Friends and Flower Club.
She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Funk and her husband, Michael, of Annville; her two stepdaughters, Mary Ward of Grove City and Linda Howell and her husband, Michael, of Kentucky; her sister; her brother; her six grandchildren, Michael and Daniel Funk, Michelle Best, Patty Perri, and Ronald and Michael Howell; several great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Augustine— Visitation for Lois Marie Stewart Augustine, who passed away Thursday, Jan. 29, 2015, will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at theRandall Funeral Home, 416 Liberty St., Jamestown.Additional visitation will be from 10 a.m. to the time of services at 11 a.m. Monday at the Fallowfield United Methodist Church, 3993 Leach Road, Atlantic, Pa., with the Rev. David Bell Sr. officiating. Burial will be in Rosewood Cemetery, Ridgeville.
