Leona F. Reitlinger Kraus, 93, of Evans City passed away Monday at Cranberry Place.

Born on April 27, 1921, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Hilda Paul Reitlinger.

Leona was a faithful member of the St. Matthias Catholic Church and the Evans City Senior Center. She also worked for A&P and John's Bar for 26 years.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving children, Richard G. (Mary) Kraus and Dennis R. (Donna) Kraus; her four grandchildren; her nine great-grandchildren; and her six great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Leona was preceded in death by her beloved husband, George S. Kraus; her daughter, Patricia A. Eckenrode, and son-in-law, Bill; her sister, Geraldine Szersznski; her brother-in-law, Frank; and two grandchildren.

Main St., Evans City.A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the St. Matthias Catholic Church, 417 E. Main St., Evans City.
