Terri Lyn Summerville, 40, of Cabot died at 9:40 a.m. Sunday at her home.

Born Jan. 31, 1964, in Butler, she was the daughter of Carol Doctor Fry and the late Charles R. "Pete" Fry.

A graduate of Knoch High School and Lenape School of Nursing, she was a private duty nurse for Care Unlimited.

She is survived by a son, Shane Summerville of Butler; her former husband, Donald Summerville of Butler; her fiancé, Joe Moser of Cabot; her mother of Cabot; a sister, Mrs. Larry (Brandy) Oskin Jr. of Butler; and a brother, Robert Fry of Cabot. Three nieces, three nephews and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
