11:04 a.m. Tuesday - A pickup truck driven by Chris Gatto, 37, and a car driven by Clifford Simons, 31, of Clifton Springs, N.Y., collided at South Main and East Wayne streets. Gatto was cited for a traffic signal violation.Tuesday - David Keffalas, 51, of 110 Marshal Drive, Renfrew was arrested on charges he sexually assaulted a woman last week.The woman said Keffalas on March 1 forced her to perform a sex act. She was treated at Butler Memorial Hospital for injuries in the assault. Police said the woman reported the incident March 8.Keffalas was arrested March 9 and arraigned on charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and simple assault, and placed in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bond.

11:35 a.m. Tuesday - A car driven by Cherish Brookbank, 18, of Butler and a flatbed truck driven by Dale McSorley, 44, of Greensburg, Westmoreland County, collided at Pittsburgh and McFann roads.Virginia Zimmerman, 63, of Butler, a passenger in the SUV, was taken with facial cuts to Allegheny Valley Hospital in Natrona Heights, Allegheny County. Brookbank suffered minor injuries.Sunday - Someone smashed the rear window of a car parked at the Sandy Hill Road home of Andrew Resutko. The vandalism occurred between 8 and 9:30 p.m.10:42 p.m. Saturday - A sport utility vehicle driven by Christopher Smith, 30, of Evans City struck a concrete pillar at a home along Kyle Road.

Wednesday - A tile cutter valued at $250 was taken in a burglary at the Children Enrichment Center in Lancaster Township. A window was broken in the burglary, which occurred between 5 p.m. Tuesday and 5 a.m. Wednesday. Damage was estimated at $200.9:22 a.m. Tuesday - A car driven by Shannon White, 23, of Aliquippa, Beaver County, struck the rear of a van on Interstate 79 in Jackson Township. The collision pushed the van, driven by Joseph Dattoli, 43, of Mars into the rear of a sport utility vehicle driven by Maurice Wade, 58, of Monessen, Westmoreland County.

11:30 p.m. Friday - A pickup truck driven by Brian Rauch, 30, of Mercer struck a traffic sign and tree along Route 208 in Springfield Township, Mercer County. Police said Rauch fled the scene. He was later found and cited for six undisclosed traffic violations.
