Tuesday - Nothing was taken in a reported burglary at a Hollow Lane home in Center Township. The owner of the home, Betty Sturdevant of Ford City, Armstrong County, said the break-in occurred between Thursday and Tuesday.7 p.m. Sunday - A car driven by Justin Sparks, 18, of 1302 E. Cruikshank Road, Apt. 2 struck an embankment and rolled over on Stuckey Road in Forward Township. Police said Sparks, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken with a broken hand to Butler Memorial Hospital. He was cited for driving too fast for conditions.Sunday - Someone broke into a coin box and took an undetermined amount of money at the Route 422 Car Wash in Summit Township.Sunday - Several undisclosed items were taken from a vehicle at the Ivywood Road home of Ronald Bennett in Clinton Township.

2:15 p.m. Thursday - A car driven by Shirley Attridge, 84, of Harrisville struck the rear of a car, driven by Scott Fleming, 33, of Grove City, at Route 58 and Airport Road in Pine Township, Mercer County. Both drivers, who were wearing seat belts, suffered minor injuries. Attridge was cited for following too close to another vehicle.
