6:39 p.m. Thursday - A 17-year-old Butler boy was injured when he was struck by a car at West Penn and Columbia streets.Brian Jolly was taken with minor injuries to Butler Memorial Hospital after being hit by a car driven by Terry Ray, 47, of 425 N. Main St. No charged were filed in the crash.6:27 p.m. Thursday - Samuel Black II, 57, of Kittanning, Armstrong County, was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after he was spotted driving a vehicle with three flat tires.Wednesday - An unidentified light blue vehicle overnight struck a car parked on West Penn Street and did not stop following the crash. Jacqueline Spratt of West Penn Street owns the car.12:14 a.m. May 12 - Sport utility vehicles driven by Bonnie Harbison, 44, of 951 N. McKean St. and Chellie Kelly, 64, of 136 Westwood Manor collided at Main and Brady streets. Kelley, who was wearing a seatbelt was taken with unknown injuries to Butler Memorial Hospital. Harbison was cited for a traffic signal violation.

5:25 p.m. Thursday - Sport utility vehicles driven by Gretchen Davis, 30 and Lynda Dickison, 29, both of Butler collided on Route 8 near Mercer Road in Center Township. Dickison, who was wearing a seatbelt, and a passenger in Davis' vehicle, Abigail Davis, 3, who was in a safety seat, suffered minor injuries.Thursday - A Bobcat skid steer with attachments and a 16-foot Foster trailer were taken in a theft between 5 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. Thursday at a construction site on South Benbrook Road in Center Township. Patrick McCarren of Butler owns the stolen property, valued at $29,700.Thursday - A chainsaw, lawn tractor and air compressor were among items taken from a shed in a burglary between Monday and Thursday at the Pisgah Road home of Harold Nugent in Venango Township.Monday - Numerous compact discs and other undisclosed items were taken from a vehicle on Great Belt Road in Clinton Township. The theft occurred between 1:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.Sunday - A Honda dune buggy was taken between May 14 and Sunday from the River Avenue home of Michael Harrison in Parker, Armstrong County.

7:30 p.m. Monday - John Shaw, 51, of East Brady was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after his car struck a fence and sport utility vehicle along Kelly's Way in East Brady, Clarion County.Police said Shaw, after backing up the vehicle, struck a ditch and tree. Shaw, who was not wearing a seatbelt, suffered minor injuries.

12:50 p.m. Thursday - Three people including a child were seriously injured when their car collided with a box truck on Route 66 in Madison Township, Armstrong County.The crash occurred when a car driven by Michael Adams, 28, of Rimersburg pulled out of the Springdale Restaurant parking lot and was struck on the driver's side by a truck driven by Justin Skiba, 25, of Summerville.Adams and Tanya Best, 26, no address given, were flown by medical helicopter to Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh. Miranda Best, 6, also a passenger in the car, was flown to Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh. Their conditions were not known this morning.Skiba suffered minor injuries. Police said Skiba was wearing a seatbelt; it was not known if the occupants in the car were wearing seatbelts.

5:05 p.m. May 10 - A car driven by Robert Sallmen, 47, of Pulaski struck the rear of a car, driven by Margaret Thompson, 42, of Mercer on Route 58 in Pine Township, Mercer County. The crash pushed Thompson's vehicle into the rear of a car driven by Tracey Rodemoyer, 23, of Greenville. Thompson, who was wearing a seatbelt, suffered minor injuries.
