District Justice Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases at his Evans City office:

Walter William Kradel, Jr., 47, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged April 12 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment incapable of driving safely, driving under the influence of alcohol between 0.10 percent and 0.16 percent blood-alcohol level, illegal turning movements, disobeying required signage and speeding.

Marlena Lynn Kozmiski, 21, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 27 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, general impairment incapable of driving safely, driving under the influence of alcohol at 0.16 percent blood-alcohol or above, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.

Mercia L. Spikes, 46, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged April 12 by Evans City police with two counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and driving during period that require headlights.

Keith Newkirk, 46, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged March 11 by Adams Township police with two counts of simple assault, harassment, two counts of disorderly conduct and stalking/intent to place in fear.

Michelle R. Wesley, 27, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged April 26 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, 0.16 percent blood-alcohol level or above, failure to keep right, turning movements and disobeying required signage.

Michael S. Langman, 26, of Sewickley, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 22 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol at 0.16 percent blood-alcohol level or above, careless driving, unregistered vehicle, failure to keep right, failure to yield right and operating a vehicle without proper inspection.

James Edwin Miller, 37, of Pittsburgh was charged April 16 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment incapable of driving safely, driving under the influence of alcohol at 0.16 percent blood-alcohol level or above, disregard of traffic lane, careless driving and failure to use seat belt.

Timothy Richard Surrena, 26, of Harrisville waived his case to court. He was charged April 23 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment incapable of driving safely, disregard for traffic lanes, careless driving, failure to use seat belt and operating vehicle without proper inspection.

Robert J. Nissel, Jr., 38, of St. Mary's, Elk County, was charged May 3 by the state police with burglary, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and theft by unlawful taking.

District Justice Kelley Streib recently heard these cases at her Cranberry Township office:Robert Komorowski, 66, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 18 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment incapable of driving safely, driving under the influence of alcohol at 0.10 percent blood-alcohol or above, disregard of traffic lane and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility.Tiffany Diane Balazs, 32, of Buffalo, N.Y. was charged May 11 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, general impairment incapable of driving safely and driving under the influence of alcohol between 0.10 percent and 0.16 percent blood-alcohol level.
