7:27 p.m. Monday - Vehicles driven by Dennis Pakutz, 22, of 230 Eastwood Drive and Mark Cober, 22, of Titusville collided at the intersection of East Jefferson and South Monroe streets.
6 p.m. Thursday - Stephen Hiles Jr., 21, of Chicora lost control of his vehicle when he fell asleep behind the wheel on Route 268 in Bruin and struck a utility pole.4:47 a.m. Thursday - Lawrence H. Clark Jr., 20, of Butler was arrested and charged with terroristic threats, criminal mischief and harassment after a party at 433 E. Holyoke Road in Center Township.Someone stole $380 from a juvenile at the party. When the juvenile began questioning guests, including Clark, Clark became angry and picked up numerous items in the home including a large kitchen knife, a golf club, a 25-pound barbell and a lamp. Clark also threatened to kill several of the juveniles in the home.When state police arrived, Clark fled the house and was caught in Butler by state police. He was arraigned by District Justice Sue Haggerty and is in Butler County Prison on $5,000 bond.11:45 p.m. Wednesday - Natalie Pflueger, 33, of Slippery Rock lost control of her vehicle on Barrow Road in Worth Township and ran off the road after she swerved to avoid a deer in the road.7:20 p.m. Wednesday - Vehicles driven by Marce Cielecy-Smigel, 37, of Franklin and Robert Kelly, 54, of Homestead collided on Interstate 79 in Jackson Township. Kelly was taken to UPMC Passavant Cranberry where he was treated for a head injury and released.5:50 p.m. Sunday - Vehicles driven by Jennifer Urwin, 55, of Butler and Clifford Buchanan, 60, of Harrisville collided on Route 8 in Penn Township. Urwin was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital where she was treated and released.
