EAST BUTLER - U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum, R-Pa., will headline a rally for state representative candidate Brian Ellis at 1 p.m. Friday at the East Butler Volunteer Fire Department, 808 Grant St.

Ellis is a candidate in the 11th District in Butler County.
