Martha A. Marshall

Martha A. Marshall, 84, of Mars, formerly of Wilkinsburg, died Tuesday evening at UPMC Passavant hospital, McCandless, after an illness.

Born in Wilkinsburg, Nov. 20, 1919, she was the daughter of Harry E. and Mary M. Stine Albert.

She was a member of the Mulberry United Presbyterian Church in Wilkinsburg and the ladies auxiliary of Wilkinsburg VFW Post 234.

Surviving are four daughters, Mary Jane Stevenson of Pitcairn, Janet L. Guyaux of Valencia, Mrs. William (Beth) Klein of Mars and Mrs. Robert (Cynthia) Spieler of Penn Hills; a son, Samuel L. Marshall of Pickerington, Ohio; and a brother, Harry E. Albert of California. Also surviving are 14 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Her husband, Samuel L. Marshall, died Dec. 31, 1984. A brother, Edward Albert, also preceded her in death.

MARSHALL - Friends of Martha A. Marshall, who died Tuesday, Aug. 10, 2004, will be received from 2 to 9 p.m. today at McDONALD-AEBERLI FUNERAL HOME, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Edgewood Cemetery, Saltsburg, Indiana County.
