Clyde L. Wyant Jr., 79, of Butler died Tuesday at his daughter's home.

Born Oct. 18, 1924, in Kittanning, he was the son of Clyde L. Sr. and Gladys L. Shaffer Wyant.

He had been a steelworker for American Bridge Co. in Ambridge.

Surviving are his daughter, Mrs. James (Patricia) Graham of Butler; four sons, Clyde L. III, Larry A., Dennis P. and Jeffrey C. Wyant, all of Butler; two brothers Carl and Robert Wyant; and four sisters, Rose, Barbara, Jerri and Dorothy. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, two step-great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.

Two brothers, four sisters, two grandchildren and a great-grandchild preceded him in death.

WYANT - There will be no public visitation. A private family memorial service for Clyde L. Wyant Jr., who died Tuesday, Aug. 17, 2004, will be held at a later date. Arrangements are being handled by FOX FUNERAL HOME, Saxonburg.
