Pearl P. Weitzel

Pearl P. Weitzel, 86, of Ridgeview Boarding Home, Fenelton, died at 9:55 a.m. Friday at the home.

Born in Lyndora, Dec. 7, 1917, she was the daughter of Andrew and Barbara Sibos Daniels.

She was a homemaker and attended St. Paul Roman Catholic Church.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Pearl Marie Palmer of Butler and Mrs. William (Nancy) McDowell of Meridian; two sons, Clarence E. "Gene" Weitzel Jr. of Rogers, Ark., and Darrell L. Weitzel of East Brady; 19 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. A sister Mrs. Mary Tucci of Butler; a brother, Steven Daniels of McKeesport; and a number of nieces and nephews also survive.

Her husband, Clarence E. Weitzel, died Jan. 14, 1980. Two brothers, a sister and an infant son preceded her in death.

WEITZEL - Friends of Pearl L. Weitzel, who died Friday, Aug. 20, 2004, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday atTHOMPSON-MILLER FUNERAL HOME, 124 E. North St. A blessing service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Lewis Pascazi, pastor of St. John Roman Catholic Church of Cowansville, officiating.
