Lois Ann Heasley, 57, of Butler died Wednesday at Sunnyview Nursing Home.

Born Jan. 6, 1947, in Butler, she was the daughter of the late Aubrey Giles and the late Mildred Newbury Giles.

She retired as a dishwasher at Snack-N-Pack.

Surviving are a daughter, Lisa M. Martinkovich of Butler; two grandchildren; two sisters, Linda Macri of New Castle and Mary Macri of Butler; and her live-in caregiver, Robert Hays of Butler.
