Stefanie Brewer, daughter of Paul Brewer and Christine Ferringer of Parker, entered the delayed entry program of the Air Force on June 2.

Brewer, a 2001 graduate of Allegheny Clarion Valley High, shipped to basic training at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, on Oct. 26.

Nicki Hughes, daughter of Richard Hughes and Sharon George of Sarver, entered the delayed entry program of the Air Force on April 28.Hughes, a 2000 graduate of Lenape Area Vo-Tech School, shipped to basic training at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, on Oct. 26.

Allan Gryskewicz has graduated from the Army ROTC Leader Development and Assessment Course, at Fort Lewis, Tacoma, Wash.Gryskewicz, son of Benjamin and Linda Gryskewicz of Evans City, in a 1998 graduate of Seneca Valley High School.

Air Force Airman Derek Michael has graduated from basic training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.Michael is the son of Chris and Vaughn McCracken of Karns City. He is a 2001 graduate of Karns City High School.
