Una Marie Morris Sub, 63, of Santa Monica, Calif., formerly of Cabot, died at 8:45 a.m. Oct. 19 after a brief illness.

Born in Cabot, April 14, 1941, she was the daughter of the late John L. and Olive Grace Campbell Morris.

She was a former member of the Cabot United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Sub had attended the Winfield-Clinton School and had worked at Saxonburg Ceramics. Prior to her illness, she worked at the Westside Vicente Pharmacy in Los Angeles, where she met many famous people. She enjoyed playing cards, listening to music and going to the beach.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Sub.

Surviving are a son, Kevin J. Sub of Los Angeles; and two brothers, Gale L. Morris and his wife, Janet, and Howard W. "Butch" Morris and his wife, Evelyn, all of Cabot. She also is survived by two grandchildren, two stepgrandchildren, four great-grandchildren, an aunt, nieces, nephews and cousins.

SUB - A memorial service for Una Marie Morris Sub, who died Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2004, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Cabot United Methodist Church with the Rev. Matthew Judd officiating.
