5:30 p.m. Tuesday - An unidentified gray car struck a pickup truck at West Penn Street and Mitchell Avenue and did not stop following the crash. Regina Logan, 51, of Butler was driving the pickup.Monday - Someone overnight took a snowblower from a shed at Butler Arbors on Lincoln Avenue. The snowblower, which had been damaged, was found later in the morning in a shelter beside the Arbors' apartment complex.
5:13 p.m. Monday - A tractor-trailer driven by Gary Grove, no age given, of Petrolia overturned while rounding a bend on Route 8 at the westbound ramp from Route 356 to Route 422. Neither Grove nor a passenger, Cheryl Grove, no age given, of Petrolia, was injured.
May 4 - Donner M. Johnson, 41, of Jackson Street was charged with writing bad checks after he issued a check to the borough for $136 in March. Charges were filed with District Judge Lawrence Silvis.
2:55 a.m. Saturday - Matthew Reisinger, 23, of Harmony was arrested for driving under the influence after police were called to investigate a disturbance in a vehicle near 311 West New Castle St.12:26 a.m. Friday - Bradley Joy Lutz, 50, of Fombell, Beaver County was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop on West New Castle Street.1:20 p.m. May 12 - William Pearsall Jr., 47, of Harmony, reported that someone entered his garage between the beginning of April and the first week of May and stole power tools valued at more than $200.8:26 a.m. May 12 - A vehicle driven by Lynn Senka, no age available, of Harmony and a garbage truck driven by Michael Rosenblatt, 29, of Allison Park, Allegheny County collided on German Street.2:57 a.m. May 9 - Kristy Elizabeth Hindman, 36, of Emlenton, Venango County reported the theft of her purse, valued at $50, when she left it in her car at the 7-Eleven store on South Main Street.
11:13 p.m. Tuesday - David Yates, 42, was arrested for allegedly assaulting Mandy Elek, 23, during a domestic dispute at the couple's Evans City Road home in Connoquenessing. Yates, who is charged with simple assault, is in Butler County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bond.9:45 p.m. Tuesday - A 17-year-old Butler boy, whom police did not identify, suffered moderate injuries when a car struck him as he was skateboarding on Sunset Drive in Center Township. Rachel McCandless, 20, of Butler was driving the car.
