Patrick J. Walsh

Patrick J. Walsh, 49, of Old Route 8 in Titusville, died Saturday at Titusville Area Hospital after a massive heart attack.

Born March 17, 1956, in Butler, he was a son of F. James "Jim" and Jacqueline M. Bartlett Walsh.

He was a 1974 graduate of Butler High School and was a member of the varsity diving team. He was an All-American diver at Grove City College, where he earned his bachelor's degree in business administration in 1978.

Mr. Walsh was a sales representative for 22 years in the Titusville area for Zep Manufacturing. He returned to school to continue his education and was in his final year at the Clarion University School of Nursing. He also was a deputy game warden in the Titusville area for more than 20 years.

He was a member of St. Titus Roman Catholic Church in Titusville and was a former member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler.

Surviving are his wife, Terrie M. Renninger Walsh, whom he married Jan. 31, 1981; a son, Patrick J. Walsh Jr. of Pittsburgh; a daughter, Lindsey Walsh of Titusville; his parents of Butler; and a sister, Colleen M. Ryan of Butler. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
