Ardella Irene Courson
Ardella Irene Courson, 78, of Butler died Thursday at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born April 30, 1927, in Clarion, she was the daughter of Harry "Bud" and Myrtle Irene Clark Servey.
She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Center Township and the Ladies of the Moose Lodge 64, where she was a past senior regent.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. John (Bonnie) Ellison of Butler; two sons, Dennis D. Courson of Sewickley and Harry J. Courson of Butler; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Three sisters, Hazeldine Stephens of Venus, Venango County, Virginia Righi of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Edna MacDonald of Cheyenne, Wyo.; and four brothers, Carl Servey of Erie, Sam Servey of Punxsutawney, James Servey of Philadelphia and Paul Servey of Wellsville, N.Y., also survive.
Her husband, Dean A. Courson, died Oct. 17, 2001. She also was preceded in death by a half-brother and a half-sister.

Jefferson St. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Trinity Lutheran Church, 120 Sunset Drive, Center Township, with the Rev. Thomas Pierotti officiating.
