Janine D. DuBois

Janine D. DuBois, 43, of Slippery Rock died at noon Thursday at Allegheny General Hospital after a 12-year illness.

She was born July 29, 1962, in Kent, Wash., to Richard J. and Carol Sutton Baronowsky.

Mrs. DuBois attended high school at John H. Francis Poly Tech High in Sun Valley, Calif., graduated from Butler County Community College with an associate arts degree and was attending Slippery Rock University as long as her health permitted.

She was formerly employed as an assistant manager at the Sheets store in Slippery Rock.

Mrs. DuBois was a Protestant.

She was an avid cook and loved camping and the beach.

Mrs. DuBois is survived by her husband, Roland E. DuBois, whom she married May 29, 1980; one daughter, Shannon L. DuBois at home; two sons, Erik K. and Robert A. DuBois, both at home; her mother of Beaver Falls; two sisters, Maribeth Marks of Burbank, Calif., and Cheryl Good of Carrollton, Ga., and one brother, James Baronowsky of Beaver Falls.

She was preceded in death by her father.

-There will be no visitation or service for Janine D. DuBois, who died Thursday, Aug. 25, 2005. Arrangements are by JAMISON FUNERAL HOME, Harrisville.
