Thanksgiving services will be held at the following churches. Unless otherwise noted, all services will be held on Wednesday.

Butler Church of the Nazarene, 4410 Oakdale Road and Route 68, Butler Township, will host a Communion service at 7 p.m. Tuesday.

Christ Community United Methodist Church, 205 N. Duffy Road, Butler Township, will host a Thanksgiving Eve service at 7:30 p.m. Music will be performed by the Chancel Choir.

Clinton United Presbyterian Church, 197 Glade Mill Road, Jefferson Township, will host a Thanksgiving Eve service at 7 p.m. A time of fellowship will follow the service.

Faith United Presbyterian Church, 1329 N. Main St. Ext., Center Township, will participate in an Ecumenical Thanksgiving Eve service at 7 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church. Communion will be served to baptized Christians.

Faith Fellowship Alliance Church, 200 Faithway-Fared Drive, will host a Thanksgiving service at 7 p.m. Tuesday.

First Baptist Church, 221 W. New Castle St., will host a Thanksgiving Service at 10:55 a.m. Sunday. The teenagers of the church will lead the service.

Glade Run United Presbyterian Church, 1091 Pittsburgh Road, Valencia, will host a Celebration of Blessings service will be at 7 p.m. Pumpkin pie will be provided. Participants should take a non-perishable item for the food bank.

Harmony-Zelienople United Methodist Church, 123 N. Pittsburgh St., Zelienople, will host a Thanksgiving Eve service at 7:30 p.m. Communion will be served and the Children's Choir and Drama Team will perform. Participants are asked to take a canned good for the Southwest Butler Food Cupboard.

Mount Chestnut Presbyterian Church, 727 West Old Route 422, will host a Thanksgiving Eve service at 7 p.m.

New Life Christian Ministries, Knoch School Auditorium, Knoch School Road, Saxonburg, will host a Thanksgiving Eve worship will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at CrossWay Church, Davis Road, Valencia.The Sacrament of Believer Baptism will be celebrated.

Park United Presbyterian Church, 115 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople, will join Camp Run and Knox Presbyterian churches and Lillyville Church of God for a Thanksgiving Eve service at 7 p.m. at Camp Run Presbyterian Church in Fombell.The service will include music from each congregation. A fellowship time will follow the service.

St. John's United Church of Christ, 501 E. Main St., Evans City, will participate in a Thanksgiving Community Service at 7 p.m. Sunday at Crestview Church in Callery.

St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 201 W. Jefferson St., will host a Thanksgiving Eve service at 7 p.m.

St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 218 E. Jefferson St., will host a Thanksgiving Eve service with the Holy Eucharist at 7:30 p.m.

Trinity Lutheran Church, 120 Sunset Drive, Center Township, will host a Thanksgiving Eve service at 7 p.m.

Valencia Presbyterian Church, 80 Sterrett St., Valencia, will host a Thanksgiving Eve Service at 7:30 p.m. The theme will be "The Ripening Harvest." Refreshments will be served after the service.
