Frank T. Zerishnek
Frank T. Zerishnek, 81, of Sarver died early today at the Alle-Kiski Medical Center, Natrona Heights.
Born Oct. 22, 1924, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of Frank and Julia Zerishnek.
He served with the Army in Europe during World War II. He retired in October 1989 as a laborer at Winfield Lime and Stone. He previously worked at Walters and Haas.
Mr. Zerishnek enjoyed watching NASCAR and football.
Surviving are a daughter, Karen Frye and her fiancé, John Turner, of Butler; and a grandson, Josh Frye of Sarver.
Preceding him in death were his wife, Delphine Burke Zerishnek, who died Dec. 5, 2000; three brothers, Andrew, Michael and George Zerishnek; and a sister, Julia Held.
ZERISHNEK — Friends of Frank T. Zerishnek, who died Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2005, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the FOX FUNERAL HOME, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Eugene Morris officiating. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery, Coylesville.
