4:50 p.m. Friday — A vehicle driven by Joshua Manuel, 23, of Butler and a vehicle driven by Ronald Flatt, 53, of Butler collided at the intersection of North and Jackson streets. No one was injured. Manuel was cited for not yielding the right-of-way from a stop sign.

10:30 p.m. Nov. 18 — A truck driven by James Powell, 45, of Sandy Lake Township and a car driven by David Hicks, 52, also of Sandy Lake, collided at the intersection of Route 173 and School Road in Sandy Lake. Hicks received minor injuries while Powell was not injured. Following the accident, Powell fled the scene. He was charged with failing to notify police about an accident, restriction on alcoholic beverages in vehicles, careless driving and other related traffic violations.1:05 a.m. Nov. 26 — James J. Lynch of Volant was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence on Old Ash Road in Springfield Township.

6:32 a.m. Nov. 18 — Robert Amon II, 36, of Coraopolis, Allegheny County, reported a work-type vehicle struck the driver's side mirror of his car, causing the car window to shatter, as the two vehicles passed in opposite lanes on Route 528.11:40 a.m. Nov. 18 — Dave McKinnis reported someone kicked open the door and broke into his Prospect Road home. About $800 was reportedly stolen.
