CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Rachel Nichole Fausti, 18, of Cranberry Township waived two separate cases to court. She was charged Aug. 30 by the Cranberry Township police with three counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia. She also was charged Aug. 24 by the Cranberry Township police with one count of use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Garrett Richard Beattie, 22, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 7 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and driving at safe speeds.

Michael Joseph Cole, 27, of Port Vue, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 30 by the Cranberry Township police with altered, forged or counterfeit registration documents or plates.

Jeffery P. Kovach, 31, of Hermitage, Mercer County, had his case held to court. He was charged Nov. 14 by the Cranberry Township police with two counts of disorderly conduct, two counts of public drunkenness, resisting arrest and driving under the influence of alcohol.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Amanda Gene Thomas, 32, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 17 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.Dennis M. Feltz, Jr., 24, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 19 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to obey duties at a stop sign and failure to yield at a yield sign.Sean Ryan Patterson, 21, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 25 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and reckless driving.Ronald M. Killen, 44, of Emsworth, Allegheny County, had his case held to court. He was charged Oct. 25 by the Jackson Township police with writing bad checks.Jamie Scott Chuzie, 31, of Erie had his case held to court. He was charged Sept. 29 by the Zelienople police with possession of marijuana, use/possession drug paraphernalia, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, disregard of traffic control device and driving at safe speeds.Frederick J. McIntyre, 50, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 9 by the state police with simple assault and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

WORTH TWP — District Judge Lawrence Silvis recently heard these cases:James Edward Dietrich, 27, of Mercer had his case waived to court. Grove City police charged Dietrich Oct. 17 with driving under the influence, driving unregistered vehicle, driving without a license and no headlights.William Peter Saunders, 38, of Clintonville had his case held for court. Grove City police charged Saunders Oct. 25 with driving under the influence and approach intersection improperly.Rocky Darnell Hudson, 49, of 5 Amsterdam Road, Grove City, had his case held for court. State police in Mercer charged Hudson Oct. 13 with driving under the influence, disregard traffic lane and careless driving.Harry Edward Davis, 50, of 217 Jackson St., Grove City, had his case waived to court. Grove City police charged Davis Oct. 17 with driving under the influence and exceeding speed limit.
