Gloria G. Roncher

Gloria G. Roncher, 70, of Kittanning died Saturday at her home.

Born Oct. 26, 1935, in Kittanning, she was the daughter of Chester and Alma Greenawalt Choncek.

She worked in the Elks Club kitchen in Kittanning for years and was a home healthcare worker for several years.

Mrs. Roncher was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Kittanning.

She enjoyed gardening, crossword puzzles and sewing and was a wonderful cook.

Surviving are two sons, Kenneth A. Milligan and William J. Roncher, both of Kittanning; two daughters, Margaret P. Kelly and husband, Tim, and Elizabeth K. Milligan, both of Butler; seven grandchildren, Chris Thiel, Craig and Nathan Milligan, Ryan Kelly, Shannon Ambrose and Cody and Cory Milligan; and eight great-grandchildren.

She also is survived by three brothers, Chester E. Choncek and wife, Esther, Michael W. Choncek and wife, Cheryl, and John L. Choncek and wife Bunny; and a sister, Sally Henry Hipchen, all of Kittanning.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Carl Milligan, who died in 1961, and her second husband, William Roncher, who died in 1969.

RONCHER — Friends of Gloria G. Roncher, who died Saturday, Nov. 12, 2005, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the BAUER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 515 N. McKean St., Kittanning. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Carl Johnson officiating.
