Helen G. Shultz, 76, of Chicora R.D. 1., who died Monday at the Armstrong Center for Medicine and Health, Kittanning, is survived by a sister, Oleta Pithers of Erie. Her first name was incorrect in the obituary in Wednesday's edition.
