SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:

Michael L. Kirchell, 41, of Mercer had his case held to court. State police in Butler charged Kirchell Sept. 29 with burglary and theft by unlawful taking.

Jack Daniel Hardesty, 27, of 539 Lincoln Ave., Grove City, waived his case to court. State police in Butler charged Hardesty Nov. 29 with driving under the influence and exceeding 55 mph in other location.

William Robert Dickerson, 19, of 316 Campus Side, Slippery Rock, waived his case to court. State police in Butler charged Dickerson Dec. 20 with driving under the influence, purchase of alcoholic beverage by a minor, disregard traffic lane, careless driving and minor prohibited operating with alcohol in system.

Jeffrey Keith Noel, 47, of 416 Bessemer Ave., Grove City, waived his case to court. State police in Butler charged Noel Dec. 20 with driving under the influence, disregard traffic lane and turning movements and required signals.

Emmau Crosby, 18, of White Oak had her case waived to court. Slippery Rock University police charged Crosby Jan. 18 with two counts of forgery, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

WORTH TWP — District Judge Lawrence Silvis recently heard these cases:Paul R. McDade, 37, of New Brighton pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment. Grove City police charged McDade Jan. 9.Brian Thomas Fiedler, 709 Cedar Ave., Grove City, pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property. Grove City police had charged Fiedler Nov. 15.Judy Lillian Smith, 64, of 610 Ivan Drive Apt. 2, Grove City, pleaded guilty to a charge of theft by unlawful taking. State police in Mercer had charged Smith Dec. 31.John Calvin Sigley, 20, of Warren, Ohio, pleaded guilty to a charge of use or possession of drug paraphernalia. In a separate case, he also pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property. Charges were filed by Grove City police Sept. 25.
