2:10 a.m. Monday — Shawn Cousins, 25, of Kittanning was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 66 in Manor Township, Armstrong County.1:45 a.m. Sunday — Jerry Alan White, 25, of Worthington was arrested for driving under the influence on Route 1038 in Rayburn Township, Armstrong County. He was also charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana.1:40 a.m. Sunday — A pickup truck driven by Jack Troutman, 30, of Buffalo Township skidded on the snow-covered ramp between Routes 422 and 28 south, hit a center cement barrier and rolled onto its side in East Franklin Township, Armstrong County.Police cited Troutman for driving too fast for conditions and driving with worn treads on both rear tires.
