Thomas D. Rowe

Thomas D. Rowe, 64, of Wexford died Saturday at his home.

Born Nov. 8, 1941, in Springboro, he was a son of the late Niles and Louise Pond Rowe.

He was the owner of Rowe’s Tavern in Saxonburg.

Mr. Rowe was a member of the Saxon Golf League and enjoyed golfing, basketball and playing with his grandchildren.

Surviving are his beloved wife, Dorothy Munsee Rowe, whom he married Aug. 15, 1959; four sons, Mark (Dawn) Rowe, Thomas Rowe and his fiancée, Lisa, and Alan (Jaymee) Rowe, all of Saxonburg, and Randy (Leslie) Rowe of Cabot; and five grandchildren, Crystal, Mark Jr., Dakoda, Brock and Hannah.

Also surviving are two brothers, Leonard Rowe of Cary, N.C., and Jon Rowe of Panama, N.Y.; and a sister, Mrs. John (Linda) Anderson, of Bemus Point, N.Y.; and special thanks to his home care nurse, Betsy and all the nurses on the 6 cancer floor at North Hills Passavant.

ROWE — Friends of Thomas D. Rowe, who died Saturday, Jan. 14, 2006, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the FOX FUNERAL HOME, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg. Services will be private.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Knoch High School Athletic Association.
