Dale B. Campbell
Dale B. Campbell, 72, of Boydstown died Tuesday at his home.
Born Sept. 11, 1933, in Boydstown, he was the son of James Burton Campbell and Mildred Marie Hahn Campbell.
He was an Army veteran and retired from the machine shop at Pullman Standard.
Mr. Campbell was a member of Concord Presbyterian Church, where he served as an elder and trustee. He also was a Presbyterian Church Volunteer in Mission from 1983 to 2003 in Alaska, Utah, Florida and Arkansas.
He is survived by his wife, Alene Grace Lyon Campbell, whom he married June 11, 1954; two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Ione) Mathias of Hooker and Mrs. Donald (Ann) Pflugh of Butler; two sons, Donald Campbell of Juneau, Alaska, and Daniel Campbell of Ambler, Montgomery County; and a brother Dean Campbell of Boydstown. Eight grandchildren also survive.
<B>CAMPBELL</B> — Friends of Dale B. Campbell, who died Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2006, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the WILLIAM F. YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, 132 Main St., West Sunbury. A memorial celebration will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Concord Presbyterian Church with his sons-in-law, the Rev. Robert Mathias and the Rev. Donald Pflugh and his nephew, the Rev.
