Carol S. "Susie" Kobik, 51, of Saxonburg died Wednesday at the Alle-Kiski Medical Center.

Born July 1, 1954, in Butler, she was the daughter of Ethel Hilliard Plutyk and the late Willis E. Plutyk.

She was a marketing director at Shelbourne Assisted Living.

Mrs. Kobik enjoyed cooking, gardening and spending time with her family.

Surviving are her husband, John Kobik, whom she married Dec. 20, 1975; three sons, John, Ron and Justin Kobik, all of Saxonburg; her mother of Saxonburg; four brothers, Edward Plutyk of Sarver and Robert, Richard and Fred Plutyk, all of Saxonburg; and three sisters, Mrs. Eugene (Donna) Stello of Tarentum, Mrs. Timothy (Sandy) Flis of Gibsonia, and Mrs. Robert (Brenda) Daubner of Saxonburg; and a number of nieces and nephews.

<B>KOBIK</B> — Friends of Carol S. "Susie" Kobik, who died Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2006, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the FOX FUNERAL HOME, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Richard Wise officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Airy Cemetery.Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, Four Corners Unit, Alle-Kiski Medical Center, 1300 Carlisle St., Natrona Heights, PA 15065.
