Eva Myrtle Morrow
Eva Myrtle Morrow, 93, formerly of St. Petersburg, Clarion County, died at 1:15 a.m. Sunday at Orchard Manor in Grove City.
Born in Argentine, Washington Township, July 1, 1912, she was the daughter of Fred and Ella Parton Deal.
She was a homemaker and a former member of the Baptist Church of St. Petersburg.
Surviving are two daughters and their husbands, Janet and George Nitsche of Mercer and Linda and Loren Buckley of Emlenton; four sons, Wilbert Morrow and his wife, Alice, of Karns City, Marlin Morrow of Petrolia, Keith Morrow of Mercer and Charles Morrow of Chester, W.Va.; and three sisters: Genevieve Hovis of Kennerdell, Grayce Campbell of Transfer and Edna Leonard of Klamath Falls, Ore.
Also surviving are 19 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Her husband, Russell Elrick Morrow, whom she married June 29, 1933, died Nov. 29, 1965. She also was preceded in death by two brothers, Clarence and Harold; an infant brother; two sisters, Pauline and Alice; and a great-granddaughter, Charley Alexus.
MORROW — Friends of Eva Myrtle Morrow, who died Sunday, Feb. 12, 2006, will be received from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 1778 Perry Highway, Leesburg. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor of the Rimersburg Church of God of Prophecy, officiating. Burial will be at Eau Claire Cemetery.
