1:35 a.m. Saturday — Joseph Rezak, no age given, of Cabot was arrested for driving under the influence following a two-vehicle crash on Silverville Road. Police said Rezak's vehicle collided with a car driven by Shari Laney, no age given, of Cabot.Rezak was also cited for underage drinking and several underage traffic violations.

4:30 p.m. Wednesday — Apickup truck driven by Charles Foust, no age given, of Sandy Lake, Mercer County, slammed on his brakes to avoid a vehicle in front of him and struck a guardrail on Interstate 79 in Worth Township. Police cited Foust for following too close to another vehicle and accidents involving damage to unattended property.5:14 a.m. Wednesday — Apickup truck driven by Robert Gallagher, 43, of Boyers hit several mailboxes along Route 8 at Pine Drive in Center Township. The car then spun around and struck an embankment. Gallagher, who was wearing a seat belt, was treated for a minor back injury at Butler Memorial Hospital.Wednesday — Awallet containing an undisclosed amount of money was taken between 3:30 p.m. Tuesday and 11 a.m. Wednesday from the Mahood Road home of Martha Keefer in Clay Township.

Wednesday — Police reported that Robert Clair King Jr., 46, of Madison Township, Armstrong County, a sexual offender under the state Megan's Law, was arrested for moving to a new address without notifying authorities.King lived at his new home from April 2005 to March 28, in violation of the law. He is charged with failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders requirements. He remains in the Armstrong County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bond.

Wednesday — Police recovered a bicycle that had been abandoned Tuesday behind Country Fair, 228 W. Main St.Wednesday — It was reported that a burglary occurred at a residence in the 1000 block of Tidball Avenue. Earl Franklin Sr. reported a 32-inch flat screen television, jewelry, CDs and other personal items totaling $1,370 in value were taken.March 29 — Jonathan Cropcho, 23, of Stoneboro was charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness and corruption of minors. Cropcho allegedly performed a sex act in front of a 17-year-old juvenile on three occasions while giving the juvenile a ride last November.March 29 — It was reported that some time between 9 p.m. March 28 and 6:30 a.m. March 29 someone took an antique metal insulated milk box from 317 Erie St. The box is blue and brown and about 16 square inches in size. It belonged to Richard Slagle.March 23 — An accident occurred at the intersection of North Broad Street and Lincoln Avenue. A vehicle driven by Michael Rose, 20, of 19 Risch Lane, Grove City, was traveling north on Broad Street when he hit a vehicle from behind driven by John Benson, 41, of Pulaski. Autumn Rose, a passenger in Rose's vehicle, reported her wrist was hurt. Michael Rose was cited for following too closely.
